We Are Open​!!!

We are pleased to announce that from Tuesday 1st June until Friday 4th June we will be open again for all children. Your child must be aged between 4-11 years. 

​

We are based at Ashmead School, Cole Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP21 8SU.

​

Of course this does not mean it will be like our normal holidays, there will be a lot of temporary changes in place to keep the children and staff safe. 

​

We have been working hard to put plans together.

​

The main points are:​

• We will limit the number to 30 children and have a maximum of 10 members of staff on site at a time.

• Children will be kept in small groups of a maximum of 15 in each. 

• We will provide lunches with the least amount of contact.

• There will be regular hand washing. 

• There will be no trips.

• But we will make sure that the children will have fun.

Booking In

4. Fill out a new booking form and agreement which will be emailed through to you.

Prices

​

Extended Day - 8:30-5:30 - 1st Child: £18, 2nd Child: £16

Early Starter - 8:30-3:30 - 1st Child: £14, 2nd Child: £12

Full Day - 9:30-3:30 - 1st Child: £12, 2nd Child: £10

We are asking if you can pay through bank transfer. Please email to get the details. If you would like to pay by cash, please make sure you pay the exact amount, we are unable to accept change at this time.

Although we can not carry out the many activities funded by our many funders. We are still funded by Buckinghamshire Council, so that we can still offer a range of limited activities and lunches.

Please also follow the rules below when brining your child in:

1. Children must wear newly cleaned clothes each day and the ones from the day before are washed before they wear them again. 

2. We ask that your child brings in a disposable lunch that can be thrown away at the end of lunchtime. If they are not having the lunch provided. 

3. We will not be able to store items like bikes and scooters as this is a risk of passing on infections to other children. 

4. Children will also not be able to bring in toys. 

5. We encourage you to come with one adult, ideally a household member and to walk if possible.

6. You must wear a face mask at all times when on the school site. This includes the carpark and foyer area. If you are exempt, you will drop your child off at the door.

7. We will ask you to respect the other families around you. If you do, not you will be asked to leave with your child.
